The "same space" deadline to register for the March 27th, 2022 Freeman’s Super Sunday is March 5th, 2022.  If you would like to receive the same space location as March 2021 then you must register by this date. Failure to register by the March 5th deadline will result in forfeiture of your March 2021 booth location. If you would like to move from your March 2021 location, your request will be on a first come, first serve basis. If you are moving space locations, please provide multiple location preferences on your registration form as your first choices might not be available. The earlier you submit your registration; the better chance you will have of receiving your ideal space location.  March & November we will be in the WEST PAVILION.

The deadline to register for the March 27th, 2022  Freeman's Super Sunday by mail  is March 23rd, 2022.  You can register March 26th, at our registration booth, between 8am-4pm. Or on Sunday March 28th, the day of show, between 6am-7:30am, there is a $10 day of show fee. Call For a  Registration form.  When submitting your registration, please make sure to fill in every applicable blank. After Freeman’s Super Sunday staff has received your registration and payment, you will receive your event packet. Registrations received without payment will not be accepted.  To guarantee spaces, a registration form and payment must be received- no exceptions. The event packet does not include your space location. This will be given to you at the event, when a staff member escorts each vendor to their location. Freeman’s Super Sunday staff will not release space locations before this time. This is to ensure each vendor is set up on the appropriate spaces, as the floorplan changes from event to event.  Please contact event managers, Clarence/Brenda, with any questions.  We look forward to seeing you at our March 27th, 2022  Freeman’s Super Sunday!

Vendor set up hours are the Saturday before each show from 8am-4pm and also from 6am-7:30am on the day of the show. Each vendor is able to drive into the building to access space locations.   Every vendor will receive an event packet after registering. Event packets will include event instructions, exhibitor passes, and parking passes. The number of exhibitor and parking passes each vendor receives is calculated by the number of spaces purchased. You can find a breakdown for each below. Extra passes can be purchased at the event.

1 space- 2 exhibitor passes- 1 parking pass

2 spaces- 3 exhibitor passes- 2 parking pass

3 spaces- 4 exhibitor passes- 2  parking pass

4 spaces- 5 exhibitor passes- 3 parking passes

5 spaces- 5 exhibitor passes-3  parking passes

6 spaces- 5 exhibitor passes- 3 parking passes

There is a maximum of 5 exhibitor passes and 3 parking passes.

Any Additional passes are an extra $5 each    

Pre-Registration Pricing: 

10 X 12 Space: $60

Electricity: $25

Day of show pricing:

10 X 12: $70

Electricity: $25 if spaces available

Parking at State Fairgrounds will be $10, which we have nothing to do with the State Fair prices for parking!!
