New Vendors:

The deadline to register for the November 25th, 2018 Freeman's Super Sunday is November 17th, 2018. Registration forms can be downloaded below.  When submitting your registration, please make sure to fill in every applicable blank. After Freeman’s Super Sunday staff has received your registration and payment, you will receive your event packet within a month of the November event. Registrations received without payment will not be accepted. There are absolutely no reservations. To guarantee spaces, a registration form and payment must be received- no exceptions. The event packet does not include your space location. This will be given to you at the event, when a staff member escorts each vendor to their location. Freeman’s Super Sunday staff will not release space locations before this time. This is to ensure each vendor is set up on the appropriate spaces, as the floorplan changes from event to event.  Please contact event manager, Bailey Billman, with any questions.  We look forward to seeing you at the November 2018 Freeman’s Super Sunday!  

Returning Vendors:

The "same space" deadline to register for the November 25th 2018 Freeman’s Super Sunday is November 3rd, 2018.  If you would like to receive the same space location as November 2017, then you must register by this date. Failure to register by the November 3rd deadline will result in forfeiture of your November 2017 booth location. If you would like to move from your November 2017 location, your request will be on a first come, first serve basis. If you are moving space locations, please provide multiple location preferences on your registration form as your first choices might not be available. The earlier you submit your registration; the better chance you will have of receiving your ideal space location.

Vendor Schedule & Information

Vendor set up hours are the Saturday before each show from 8am-4pm and also from 6am-7am on the day of the show. Each vendor is able to drive into the building to access space locations.   Every vendor will receive an event packet after registering. Event packets will include event instructions, exhibitor passes, and parking passes. The number of exhibitor and parking passes each vendor receives is calculated by the number of spaces purchased. You can find a breakdown for each below. Extra passes can be purchased at the event.

1 space- 2 exhibitor passes- 1 parking pass

2 spaces- 3 exhibitor passes- 1 parking pass

3 spaces- 4 exhibitor passes- 1 parking pass

4 spaces- 5 exhibitor passes- 2 parking passes

5 spaces- 5 exhibitor passes- 2 parking passes

6 spaces- 5 exhibitor passes- 3 parking passes

There is a maximum of 5 exhibitor passes and 3 parking passes.    


Pre-Registration Pricing:

10 X 12 Space: $55 

Electricity: $25

*Must complete and registration form and pay in full for spots 10 days before the even date to receive pre-registration price.


Door Prices:

10 X 12: $65

Electricity: $35
